Be sure to install the correct version:

Inside your Flight Simulator installation folder, locate the following file:

PMDG/PMDG 747 QOTS II/747QOTSII_Options.ini

Add the following to the end of the file:

[SDK]
EnableDataBroadcast=1

NAV and ADF are disabled. On the 747, these are tuned through the CDUs. The numbers are not exposed to hardware users.

MIC and MON are disabled. They do not work properly for hardware users.
