Important - ADF Display

PMDG's ADF display relies on some legacy code. Install FSUIPC7 and Enable Data Broadcast to get the ADF display working properly.

Note: If you've just installed the PMDG 737, ensure you have loaded into the variant (737-700, 737-800, etc.) at least once, and pushed a button on the FMC. This is a required step before enabling Data Broadcast.

FSUIPC7  - get it here. Registration/Purchase is not required.

Enabling Data Broadcast 

Locate your 737_Options.ini file:

FS2020 Microsoft Store / Xbox App users

Add the following to the end of the 737_Options.ini file

[SDK]
EnableDataBroadcast=1

Do this for each {AIRFRAME} folder, if you have more than 1 variant (e.g. 737-700 and 737-800)

FS2020 USERS: select the Classic Nav Radio Panels option from the FMC (Menu -> PMDG Setup -> Aircraft -> Equipment Page 17)

FS2024 USERS: As above, but the menu item is called NAV RADIO (GABLES) and you should select the option G7500 (VHF)

This option is saved per-livery. Once it's done, you can set this airframe as a "Fixed Config" so you'll always be flying with Classic Radio Panels enabled.
