  • Important

    The MobiFlight setting Automatically perform Retrigger Action with Run Mode should be disabled when using this profile. Failure to do so causes unwanted commands when the profile is Run.


    Pilot Notes

    BARO Controls

    The BARO knob rotates the captain's, first officer's, and standby barometer. Uncheck the appropriate row in MobiFlight if that is not desired.

    BARO Controls

    There is no "STD BARO" in the B757 / 767. Rotate the knob to 1013 / 29.92.

    MINS Controls

    MINS toggle switch in Radio sets the DH REF on the pedestal below the captain's CDU. MINS toggle switch in BARO sets the yellow bug on the captain's altimeter.

    Autopilot A/B/C

    CMD A is linked to A/P ENGAGE L

    CMD B is linked to A/P ENGAGE C

    CMD B (LONG PUSH - 0.5 seconds) is linked to A/P ENGAGE R

    Heading HOLD vs Heading SELECTED

    This profile matches the real Boeing 757 / 767: HDG SEL is on a push of the HDG knob; HDG HOLD is on the button below. Easily modifiable if desired.

    Intervene

    SPD INTV is actuated with a push of the speed knob. No Altitude Intervene exists on the B757 / 767.

    TOGA

    TOGA is commanded when N1 THR is pushed for 0.5 second.

    Disengage

    Disengage is linked to the yoke disconnect button. Short push for AP Disengage; long push (0.5 seconds) for Autothrottle Disengage. Silence alarms with a second push.


    Additional Notes for FPDS Users

    Captain / FO Controls

    The profile adjusts both the captain and FO instruments (barometric pressure, etc.). Avoid using the mouse to control these, or they will get out of sync.

    Minimums Reset

    There is no minimums reset function (knob push). To remove minimums, select the toggle to BARO and dial it all the way down.

    Baro STD

    Unlike classic avionics, FPDS has a proper BARO STD mode. Push the Baro knob to activate.

    Course

    Course can be adjusted, but the glareshield NAV controls must be changed to MAN (manual) mode.

  • Push COURSE knob. Display dims. COURSE 2 is displayed
  • Dial in desired course using the knob
  • Push COURSE knob. COURSE 1 is displayed. Brightness goes back to normal.
