Pilot Notes

Can be used with Classic or Retrofit (GNS430/530) variants.

Retrofit Config

  • In Retrofit config, use CDI GPS to allow LNAV button, or CDU VOR to allow VOR LOC button.
  • By default, the EFIS MAP controls (range, mode) are linked to the GNS 530. The GNS 430 can also be controlled if desired, by checking the opposite boxes in MobiFlight.

Airspeed

Airspeed (used for LVL CHG) is altered to Miles per Hour, instead of Knots.

Tailwheel Lock

Tailwheel Lock is commanded through CMD B. The LED is illuminated when the tailwheel is locked.

Parking Brake

Parking Brake is commanded through F/D 2. The LED is illuminated when parking brake is engaged.

Minimums

There is no Minimums on this aircraft. MINS switch and knob are available for reassignment.
